HOW TO ORDER

1. Send Us an Updated Copy of Your Contact Lens Prescription
(Note: This should be your contact lens prescription, not your glasses prescription. The document must include your optician’s name and be signed or stamped.) You can send your prescription by any of the following methods:

Upload Contact Lens Prescription: You can upload a scan or photo of your contact lens prescription directly on our website before completing checkout.

Via Email: Send your prescription to cs@coolcontacts.co.uk.

Via WhatsApp or Text: Take a photo of your prescription or the boxes of your current contact lenses and send it to us at: 07400 107527

Contact Your Optician: If you do not have your prescription, simply ask your optician to email or post one out to you.

We’ll Handle the Order for You: If you’d like, we can complete the order for you.

2. Choose Your Lens Type
Select the correct lens type from the drop-down menu or use the search box to find it.

If you’re unsure of your lens type because it’s repackaged by your optician, visit the ‘Repackaged Lenses’ section in our Order Guide for assistance.

Select the appropriate Base Curve (BC), Diameter (DIAM), and Sphere (POWER) for each eye (or one eye if applicable).

If you have astigmatism, some lenses may also require additional information such as Cylinder (CYL) and Axis (AXIS).

For multifocal lenses, you may need to provide the ADD power.

3. Select Quantity
Once you’ve chosen your lenses, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery address and continue to the next step.

4. Choose Your Payment Method
Review your order details and select your preferred payment method. Submit your order to complete the transaction. Rest assured, all personal information is protected by our CoolContacts Security Guarantee.

5. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (usually 3 days).

No Account Required
You don’t need to create an account to place an order, but doing so offers added convenience. You can easily update your delivery address or use your work address at any time by logging into your account.
